What’s a Co-op?

The short answer: an awesome way to shop! The longer answer? A place where everyone has a seat at the table. Cooperation is defined as working together towards the same end, and joining forces to accomplish a task that one can't achieve alone. Simply put, co-ops provide the framework that allows people to get what they want in a way that better meets their economic, social and cultural needs. Because cooperation builds strong bonds between the people who use products and the people who supply them, co-ops offer a way to transform the way business is done. Co-ops give you the opportunity to get the products and services you need on a daily basis while strengthening the community around you. Want to see this in action? giving back

We’re giving back every Tuesday. Designed to give back 2% of each Tuesday’s total sales to a worthy local nonprofit, the 2% Tuesday program began in July 2020 and continues today. With the addition of the Tuesday Round Up (which encourages shoppers to round their total purchase up to the nearest dollar), the program has blossomed into a popular way for our community to give back to the local causes that matter most.
